BallPark is a private tool for one-to-one pay comparisons. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

BallPark is provided as-is for private comparison rooms between two people you invite. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use BallPark to harass anyone, probe or reverse-engineer another person's compensation, scrape or automate access, or attempt to bypass room limits or privacy guards.

No accuracy guarantee

Results depend on what each person submits. We do not verify pay ranges or brackets and do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for employment or legal decisions.

Liability

BallPark is not legal, financial, or HR advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on comparison results or for loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
